The required information and documents for incorporation of Hong Kong limited company as follows:

  1. The name of the Company (Chinese and/or English)
  2. Number of shares and amount of share capital
  3. The shareholder’s Hong Kong ID card/China ID card/Passport (for individual shareholder), Business license (for limited company shareholder) and proof of address
  4. Allocation of shareholdings (if more than one shareholder)
  5. Registered office address (must be a Hong Kong address, ME can provide it for you)
